What Personal Information do we collect?
We collect the absolute minimum information about you when you commission artwork from us: Your name and contact email. For delivery of the completed artwork we’ll also need a delivery address.
We’ll also retain information about the artwork requested as documented in our Commissioning Agreement.
To make payment for the initial deposit and the final balance on completion of the artwork, we will forward our bank details to you. Your bank details will be disclosed to us when we receive payment but we do not record these details in our system. We do not process payments through our website – your bank will do that securely.
How is this information used?
We need to communicate with you during the commissioning process while we develop our commissioning agreement. Also, we need to know where to send the completed artwork.
We do not use your information for our marketing unless you have opted in during the commissioning process.
Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not share any information about you with third parties.
Protecting Your Information
